Number of securities in issue The Group's issued share capital consists of 603,635,898 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each ('Ords'), each share having equal voting rights. No share is held in treasury by the Group, accordingly, the total number of Ords with voting rights is 603,635,898. As at 31st May 2010 the Group had been notified, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, of the following shareholdings amounting to 3% or more of the ordinary share capital of the Company:
In accordance with the AIM Rules (Rule 26), in so far as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that is not in public hands is 46.7%. This percentage includes the holdings of directors and Mr David Mills. |
